Please note the following important information regarding your Membership.

To Pay for your existing Membership: 

  • Go to the Manage Account tab under Membership or click HERE. 

Important Dates to Remember:

  • April 1st  – Membership fees are due! 
  • April 2nd-30th – Dues paid during this time will be charged a $50 late fee.
  • After April 30th – Dues paid during this time will be charged a $100 late fee.

Please be advised that we will no longer be using Membership Cards and you must have an updated photo ID.  It is very important that your photo is up to date and that the Front Desk Staff can properly identify you and your family members when you check into the Swim Club. To check-in at the Front Desk you will just give your name or ID#.

All dues and late fees must be paid in full or you will not be able to check-in!

To Sell Your Bond

Notification in writing by anyone wishing to put their bond on the sell list must be received by April 1st.  After this date, the bond member must pay dues, assessments, and penalties.  You may send your letter by U.S. mail or email to rtwmembership@gmail.com Please refer to the Rose Tree Woods By-Laws for more information regarding selling your bond.

Please Note: If you sell your Bond and wish to rejoin in a later year you will be required to rejoin our Wait List, pay all associated fees and purchase a new Bond once it is available. Also please remember all dues and fees are non-refundable.

General Membership Meetings

There will be two General Membership meetings each summer. The first is typically during Member Appreciation Day. The second is in August.

2024 Membership Fees (Note: fees are subject to change every year)

$815 – Bond Single – 1 adult over the age of 18

  •  $340 Annual Dues

$900 – Bond Couple – 1 adult must be over the age of 18, both residing at the same address. The second member could be an adult or child.

  • $425 Annual Dues

$1,050 – Bond Family of 3 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $575 Annual Dues

$1,075- Bond Family of 4 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $600 Annual Dues

$1,100- Bond Family of 5 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $625 Annual Dues

$1,125- Bond Family of 6 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $650 Annual Dues

$1,150- Bond Family of 7 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $675 Annual Dues

$1,175- Bond Family of 8 – qualified* family members only, all residing at the same address

  • $700 Annual Dues

Please remember there are days like Member Appreciation Day and certain holidays throughout the season that are members only so no guests allowed.
